Do you accept paid placement that isn't disclosed?
No. Paid listings show a 'Verified Listing' badge so readers can tell. We never let payment influence which restaurants appear in editorial roundups beyond making them eligible.
Can I claim my listing without paying?
Yes. Once we open the claim flow, any owner can verify ownership and edit basic info for free. The Featured tier adds the visual upgrade and the Featured placement.
What's the deal with the $29 price?
$29/month is the waitlist price. If you join the waitlist now, that rate is locked in for the lifetime of your subscription. Once Featured Listings open to direct signup, new accounts will be $49/month. There's no contract and you can cancel anytime, but the $29 rate is only available to waitlist members.
How do you verify ownership?
Email at the restaurant's domain, a callback to the publicly listed phone number, or a photo of a current bill or business document. We pick the lightest option that prevents impersonation.
What happens if I cancel?
Your listing reverts to the free editorial version. The custom content stays in the database (we don't delete it) but it stops appearing on the page until you re-subscribe.
