Gorditas have been pulling people back to this Burlingame Ave spot since at least 2012. Food comes out fast and the staff handles mistakes without a fuss, which counts for a lot in a busy lunch rush. Styrofoam plates and a charge for extra hot sauce are real complaints, though.
